Board Meeting on January18, 2008

This bulletin board is an opportunity to provide your comments or questions about the last Board Meeting on Jan 18, 2008.

Personnally, I was very surprised to find out that about $81,000 of Reserve funds stayed in an Operating account for 6 months without anyone on the Board noticing or doing anything about it. Six months is a long time!!!!! I have many questions related to this: Where was the Treasurer during that time? Does he get monthly financial reports? Does he read them? Do the other Board members read them? How is the Association going to recoup the lost interest on the Reserve amount for the past six months?
